Refund Policy

If you cancel your order before it has a tracking number, you will receive a full refund, less the service fee of the payment method you used. We are liable to the service fees whether the order is ultimately filled or not.

 

Cancelations are NOT accepted once you receive your tracking number. 

A partial refund will be issued if a client has canceled his/her order before it has received a tracking number, but the media has been produced for the same order. If we have already paid postage, and/or have printed the books, those costs will not be refunded. We will also not refund the service fees.

 

Due to the collectability of the books & home media we sell, we're unable to accept returns on back issues, books, DVDs, and Blu-rays. While we do not grade the items, they are stored and handled with great care, no guarantee of condition is made. Over time, shelf wear and small cosmetic dings and dents may be possible. If you feel you’ve received a damaged or mis-shipped item, please contact us at supermangosober@gmail.com and we can look into this. Please be aware that we need to be contacted within two weeks of the delivery date of an order to resolve any potential order issues. 

If the item is damaged, Mango Overdose Studios will send a replacement.
